What the heck is with all the inconsistency in the solidworks interface? Really, would it be that difficult to put a direction option into a sweep - which they have in pretty much every other feature? So frustrating. Problem is, no matter how I try to build this stupid model, there is always something that doesn't work correctly. Edit: it would have to be a Thin-Sweep of course. I made them, but I know what a nightmare this will be if anyone needs to make any changes, so I'm fixing it. Use only one edge of your 'profile' sketch to sweep with, keep your path/guide curve the same (but make sure your guide curve is piercing the profile's sketch line) you can use the Selection Manager to use only one entity from a sketch.
